Full-time student at Brigham Young University,  and a financial analyst in healthcare, technology, & real estate. Led several projects in the capital and private equity domains. Led the ILIA Board of Directors from October 2021 - July 2023.

Founder of ILIA and current Chief of Research, Academics and Programs, with a 3-decade experience in technology leadership and project portfolio management. Held multiple roles at ILIA from head of fundraising and development, to president. Has experience in risk management, organizational development, leadership development, youth empowerment and community empowerment.

Accounting and finance professional with two decades of experience in corporate finance/credit underwriting, budgeting, financial analysis, risk management, accounting policies and procedures, financial reporting, forecasting, and business process flow and documentation. She served on the Board of Directors of ILIA from July 2017 - October 2022.

Software professional with 15 years of experience in developing and leading large-scale implementations focused in the Healthcare and Health and Human Services Industry. Current areas of focus are IT projects related to Medicaid, the Affordable Care Act and the implementation of Health Insurance Exchanges.  He served on the Board of Directors of ILIA from 2022 - May 2024.
