Our Mission!

Islamic Leadership Institute of America (ILIA) is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders through a comprehensive approach that combines education, mentorship, and community service. Our mission is to empower individuals with the skills, knowledge, and abilities needed to create positive change in their communities. ILIA strives to build a more just, inclusive, and compassionate society. Through our Endowment, we aim to sustain these efforts and ensure that future generations can benefit from our programs and initiatives.

Purpose Strategy

The fund is not only for today’s generation, but is for all future generations of ILIA students and scholars. Guided by our intergenerational equity principle.

Investment Strategy

The fund invested in a diversified portfolio of Islamically compliant stocks, mutual funds and real estate, with a optimum cash level.

Long-Term Strategy

The fund aims to build financial stability, allowing the community to sustain & develop new impactful programs and services for future generations. 

The Endowment 2024 Fund Goal

Islamic Leadership Institute of America (ILIA) endowment goal is to reach $150,000 by the end of 2024. We are not too far from that goal. This amount will provide us with the critical mass to grow faster and continue to support the organization.
